Why Vershina?
I'm Ariana Myers, founder of Vershina Consulting. I help organizations working in aging, healthcare, caregiving, and technology navigate complexity, evaluate opportunities, and build strategies that lead to meaningful impact.
Vershina means summit, the highest point. What draws me to summits is not the climb itself, but the perspective they provide.
From above the cloudline, the landscape looks different. Patterns emerge. Connections become visible. What appeared uncertain from below often becomes clearer when viewed from a broader vantage point. Entire regions hidden by clouds reveal themselves, while seemingly unrelated features can be seen as part of the same landscape.
The metaphor is relevant for organizations. Leaders must make decisions amid complexity, competing priorities, evolving markets, and incomplete information. When you're immersed in day-to-day operations, it can be difficult to see the larger forces shaping the path ahead.
